  The B2B Marketing Executive serves as our company's "Growth Engine" and "Market Navigator". While our production engineers create physical items and internal sales teams close accounts, your major goal is to raise market awareness, generate high-quality commercial leads, and put our manufacturing skills at the forefront of the industry. As the "Guardian of Brand Identity, Market Intelligence, and the Customer Acquisition Pipeline," you are directly responsible for managing corporate campaigns, optimising digital platforms, conducting industrial market research, organising trade exhibitions, and designing high-impact product collateral.

   

  Key Skills: 

  B2B Marketing Strategy & Funnel Architecture: Thorough understanding of complex, long-cycle B2B buyer journeys, industrial procurement patterns, and multi-layered lead generation funnels.

  Digital Tooling & Content Management: Get hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, email deployment tools, basic graphic design software, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO/SEM) mechanics.

  Technical Copywriting & Literacy: The ability to learn and explain engineering products, technical drawings, and production capabilities while transforming them into concise commercial text.

  Event Planning and Stakeholder Coordination: High organisational agility is necessary to manage corporate event logistics, vendor contracts, booth designs, and cross-functional corporate teams.
