  Job Description:

  The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems, standards, and control processes in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards while driving continuous improvement and root-cause resolution across production processes.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and industry standards.

  Proficiency in Quality and Problem-Solving Tools: 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA, SPC, and FMEA.

  Hands-on experience with inspection tools, precision measuring instruments (CMM, calipers, micrometers), and technical drawing reading (GD&T).

  Strong analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills to interface effectively across departments and with external vendors/customers.
