  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Thorough Injection Mould Architecture & Tool Design: Proficient understanding of intricate injection mould design.

  Leadership in Precision Machining and Toolroom Equipment: Proficient in surface/cylindrical grinding, lathe operations, wire EDM, CNC milling, EDM spark erosion, and laser welding technologies.

  Strategic Maintenance Planning & Root-Cause Analysis: Demonstrated capacity to carry out corrective/preventative actions (CAPA), analyse tool failure modes (FMEA), and use total productive maintenance (TPM) in toolrooms.

  Team Leadership & Vendor Negotiation: Excellent leadership abilities to oversee a group of engineers and toolmakers, as well as adept vendor management abilities to contract out specialised machining and raw materials.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
