  We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Engineer with strong exposure to Plastic Injection Molding machines and allied utilities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, and machine uptime improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  
  The ideal candidate must be capable of handling Injection Molding machines, auxiliary equipment, utilities, and shop-floor maintenance activities with a focus on productivity, safety, and downtime reduction.
  
  Key Responsibilities :
  
  Machine Maintenance
    Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for Plastic Injection Molding machines.
    Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues in molding machines.
    Ensure minimum machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.
    Maintain machine history cards and maintenance records.
  
  Injection Molding Equipment Handling
    Experience in handling Injection Molding machines such as:
    Engel
    Toshiba
    JSW
    Haitian
    Ferromatik
    Nissei
    Fanuc
    Maintenance of:
    Hopper dryers
    Chillers
    Mold temperature controllers
    Air compressors
    Conveyors
    Cooling towers
    Robots / pick-and-place systems
  
  Electrical & Automation
    Basic PLC troubleshooting and sensor handling.
    Knowledge of servo systems, drives, heaters, thermocouples, and control panels.
    Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals.
  
  Utility Maintenance
    Monitor and maintain plant utilities including compressors, DG sets, chillers, cooling systems, and power distribution systems.
    Coordinate with vendors for AMC and external maintenance activities.
  
  Continuous Improvement
    Implement TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Maintenance practices.
    Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
    Support energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
  
  Safety & Compliance
    Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
    Maintain 5S standards in maintenance areas.
    Support audits related to safety, ISO, IATF, or customer compliance.
  
  Required Skills
    Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding machine maintenance
    Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
    Preventive & breakdown maintenance
    PLC and electrical troubleshooting
    Utility maintenance
    Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
    TPM / Lean Manufacturing
    Spare parts planning and inventory control
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  Educational Qualification
    Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
