  Job Description:

  The main "Shop Floor Operational Anchor" and "Manufacturing Productivity Guardian" for our plant operations is the Production Engineer Manufacturing Operations, Process Optimisation & Shop Floor Management. Your major goal is to carry out daily manufacturing plans, optimise assembly and machining workflows, reduce downtime, and guarantee high-throughput production of defect-free components, while design engineers create product specifications and maintenance teams oversee machinery up-time. As the "Guardian of Overall Equipment Effectiveness, First-Pass Yield, Standard Operating Procedures, Line Balancing, and Zero Line Stoppages," you assume direct execution responsibility for converting daily production goals into manufacturing outputs that are safe, effective, and economical.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Manufacturing Engineering & Shop Floor Operations Expertise: Excellent understanding of production scheduling, line balancing, and industrial manufacturing processes.

  Proficiency in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Pokayoke, and organised problem-solving techniques is essential for Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis.

  Technical blueprint literacy and quality assurance: in-depth knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, precision measurement devices, and QMS.

  Manpower & Safety Leadership: Demonstrated ability to oversee, train, and supervise technicians, contract workers, and shop floor machine operators while strictly adhering to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) regulations.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
