  Key Skills:

  Education: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.

  Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or Senior Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setup.

  Technical Mastery: Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, hydraulic/pneumatic circuit reading, PLC fault indication, TPM execution, LOTO safety protocols, MTTR/MTBF tracking, and maintenance spreadsheet logging

   

  Salary: Based on Company Norms
