• AR Analyst Expanding Medical Billing Firm

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  AR Ageing Analysis & Insurance Follow-Up: Use web portals and phone conversations to follow up with commercial and government payers by methodically reviewing and prioritising AR ageing ledgers.

  Denial Management & RootCause Resolution: Examine EOBs and ERAs to find claim denial codes, look into the underlying reasons, and resubmit the information.

  Claims Appeals & Written Documentation: For complicated clinical and administrative claim denials, draft and submit strong written appeal letters backed up by clinical notes, medical records, and coding guidelines.

  Payer Guideline & Timely Filing Compliance: To avoid avoidable claim write-offs and bad debt adjustments, keep an eye on payer policy revisions, fee schedules, billing regulations, and stringent timely filing restrictions.

  Cross-Functional RCM Alignment: To address persistent billing problems at the beginning of the revenue cycle, collaborate with medical coders, charge entry experts, patient access reps, and credentialing teams.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
