  Job Description

  Duties:

  Identify, prospect, and qualify potential B2B/B2C leads through cold outreach, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and inbound lead follow-ups.

  Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential target markets, emerging trends, and competitor positioning.

  Pitch products or services to prospective clients via scheduled meetings, phone calls, online presentations, and site visits.

  Prepare, present, and deliver customized sales proposals, product demonstrations, commercial quotes, and contract terms.

  Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.

  Manage and maintain accurate sales pipeline data, lead statuses, and client interaction records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  Collaborate with internal operations, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and satisfaction of newly acquired accounts.

  Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and key activity performance metrics

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  Proven track record in B2B or technical sales, lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.

  Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, consultative selling strategies, and account management techniques.

  Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
