  Job Description

  Duties:

  Contact prospective and existing customers via outbound cold calls, inbound sales inquiries, and follow-up campaign leads.

  Deliver persuasive sales pitches, explain product features, present tailored solution packages, and demonstrate clear value propositions to prospects.

  Understand customer needs, ask probing questions, and overcome objections to guide prospects toward a purchasing decision.

  Negotiate pricing, payment terms, discounts, and closing details within authorized company guidelines to secure sales orders.

  Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up regularly with warm leads, prospects, and pending proposals.

  Accurately log all customer interactions, call outcomes, sales pipelines, and closed deals in the CRM system.

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets, revenue quotas, and key performance indicators

   

  Focus Skills:

  Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and persuasive negotiation capabilities.

  Strong objection-handling skills, active listening abilities, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.

  Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.

  Strong goal orientation, resilience under pressure, and self-motivation to drive sales results.
