  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  CNC Machine Setup & Mechanical Calibration Mastery: Practical expertise with fixture alignment, jaw boring, and spindle center verification for 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC VMC, HMC, and CNC lathe machines.

  Tooling Assembly & Touch Probe Operations: Proficiency in the use of automated touch probes (Renishaw/Blum) for work offsets and tool measurement, collet torqueing, tool holder selection, and tool presetter operation.

  G-Code Verification & Controller Operation: Strong grasp of G-code/M-code structures, block delete, single block execution, feed/spindle override management, and manual program modification at the controller (Fanuc, Siemens Sinumerik, Haas, Heidenhain).

  Advanced proficiency in reading intricate engineering drawings, deciphering Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols, and using precision metrology instruments.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: 10th, 12th or Above
