  Job Description

  Duties:

  Perform on-site installation, assembly, testing, and commissioning of manufacturing machinery and technical equipment.

  Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibration of field-installed systems according to manufacturer specifications.

  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures on-site or remotely.

  Provide technical support and hands-on training to customer operators and maintenance teams on proper equipment handling and safety protocols.

  Prepare detailed field service reports, warranty claims, maintenance logs, and root-cause analysis for recurring failures.

  Coordinate with internal engineering, spare parts, and quality departments to source necessary components and resolve complex technical issues.

  Promote maintenance service agreements, spare parts sales, and system upgrades during technical visits.

   

  Focus Skills:

  Strong hands-on proficiency in electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC diagnostics.

  Skilled in using electrical multimeters, specialized diagnostic software, and mechanical precision tools.

  Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under high-pressure plant environments.

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer relationships effectively.

  Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites as required.
