  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Plant Floor Leadership & Shift Management: Excellent command of shop floor operations, operator workforce management, arranging shifts, resolving conflicts, and making decisions under pressure.

  Production workflows, assembly/machining methods, line balancing, material flow, tooling setup, and industrial equipment operation are all deeply understood in manufacturing engineering and process knowledge.

  Operational Excellence & Lean Principles: The practical use of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 5-Why, CAPA), and Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke).

  Industrial Safety & EHS Compliance: In-depth understanding of shop floor statutory compliance, hazard identification, accident prevention procedures, and factory safety standards.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
