• Accounts Executive Taxation & Financial Accounting

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, provisions, and accruals in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books) following standard accounting principles.

  Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders and GRNs (3-way matching), schedule payments, issue customer invoices, and conduct regular AP/AR aging analysis to ensure timely collections and payables.

  Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Prepare and file monthly GST returns, calculate TDS/TCS liabilities, generate e-way bills/e-invoices, and assist with tax filings.

  Banking & Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), inter-company balance reconciliations, and monitor daily cash/bank balances.

  Audit Support & Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing, prepare trial balances, support internal and external audits, and track overhead expenses using financial tracking spreadsheets.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Degree Related to Accounting
