• 3D Product Creation SolidWorks Design Engineer

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  3D Parametric Modelling & complicated Assembly Design: Using SolidWorks, create strong, fully constrained 3D parametric models, complicated mechanical assemblies, and sub-assemblies while guaranteeing correct mating, clearance, and motion simulation.

  SheetMetal & WeldmentDesign: Use SolidWorks Weldment and Sheet Metal modules for fabrication to create intricate sheet metal components and structural weldment frameworks.

  2D Manufacturing Drafting & GD&T Application: In accordance with ASME Y14.5 and ISO standards, draft thorough 2D production drawings that include section views, surface finish symbols, thread callouts, material specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

  DFM/DFA & Prototyping Coordination: Conduct Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly evaluations to guarantee that components can be effectively machined, fabricated, welded, cast, or assembled; assist in the construction and testing of physical prototypes.

  BOM Generation and Engineering Change Management: Using SolidWorks PDM/ERP systems, create precise, organised multi-level BOMs and handle Engineering Change Notices with thorough revision tracking.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
