• Production Associate Manufacturing Operations

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Line Operations & Assembly: Execute daily production routines, component assembly, or machine operation following established SOPs and production schedules.

  Material Handling & Line Staging: Inspect incoming parts for visible defects, stage raw materials at workstation setups, and report stock shortages to prevent line stoppage.

  First-Line Quality Control: Perform visual and gauge-based inspections on finished and work-in-progress (WIP) parts to catch non-conformances early.

  Equipment Maintenance & 5S: Maintain clean, safe workstations, conduct basic Autonomous Maintenance (clean, oil, tighten - TPM), and report equipment anomalies.

  Output Logging: Record daily hourly production counts, scrap quantities, and line downtime reasons in production tracking logsheets and spreadsheets.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
