  Job Description:

  The main "Plant Equipment Reliability, Mechanical & Electrical Systems Maintenance, Down-Time Reduction & Facility Operations Anchor" for all of our manufacturing facilities is the Maintenance Engineer Plant Operations, Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Reliability & Industrial Engineering Specialist. Your main responsibility is to guarantee maximum uptime, operational safety, and structural longevity of all industrial machinery, automated systems, utility equipment, and assembly lines, while plant directors and engineering heads establish overall production targets, capital asset strategies, and facility expansion plans. As the "Guardian of Equipment Availability, Asset Performance, Break-down Prevention, and Plant Safety Compliance," you assume direct execution responsibility for identifying equipment malfunctions, carrying out preventive/predictive maintenance plans, overseeing inventories of spare parts, and repairing machinery with the least amount of operational loss.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Deep technical expertise in mechanical assembly, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatic circuits, electrical panels, motors, drives, and PLC-controlled automated machinery is required for electro-mechanical diagnostics and system repair.

  Root Cause Analysis techniques, 5S/Kaizen manufacturing frameworks, Autonomous Maintenance support, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars are all practically understood.

  Maintenance of Utility and Auxiliary Systems: Proficiency with industrial plant utilities, such as air compressors, boilers, diesel generators, water treatment facilities, chilling plants, and electrical distribution systems.

  Safety Protocols & Statutory Regulations: Compliance with factory act requirements, lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety protocols, permit-to-work systems, and industrial safety standards.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
