  Job Description:

  The main 'Climate Control Engine, System Diagnostics Lead, Preventive Maintenance Specialist, Environmental Safety Guardian & Facilities Integration Lead' for our facilities and field service operations is the HVAC Technician Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Systems Maintenance & Operational Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial, industrial, and residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems, while facilities directors, chief engineers, operations managers, and service supervisors set general environmental climate standards, energy efficiency goals, safety compliance frameworks, and equipment maintenance schedules.

   

  Key Skills: 

  HVAC/R Mechanical & Electrical Systems Mastery: In-depth practical understanding of hydronic systems, airflow distribution, compressor operations, motor controls, electrical control circuits, psychrometrics, and refrigeration cycles.

  Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment includes the ability to operate digital manifold gauges, multimeter testers, vacuum pumps, refrigerant recovery devices, anemometers and leak detectors.

  Environmental and Safety Compliance: thorough understanding of OSHA safety requirements, EPA Section 608 rules, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE), and handling hazardous materials.

  Blueprints and BMS Navigation Capability: The capacity to run Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and read and comprehend mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and ducting layouts.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
