  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  In-Process & Final Inspection Frameworks: From raw material resin receipt to final box packing, all moulding bays should have strict inspection control plans, boundary samples, and standard testing procedures.

  Advanced Dimensional Metrology: Use coordinate measuring devices, optical comparators, digital micrometres, vernier callipers, and specialised go/no-go attribute check fixtures to conduct high-precision physical audits on moulded components.

  Root Cause Analysis & CAPA Management: Use 8D approaches, 5-Why analysis, and Ishikawa frameworks to conduct organised engineering investigations into internal scrap spikes and customer quality complaints in order to implement long-term remedial changes.

  PPAP & New Product Introduction: Compile PPAP documentation packages for customer submission, conduct thorough First Article Inspections, and work closely with the tooling and validation divisions throughout trial samplings.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
