  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Equipment Repair and Maintenance Resolution: To reduce production downtime, identify, diagnose, and fix complicated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated machinery malfunctions.

  Planning, scheduling, and carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) procedures as well as predictive maintenance inspections (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).

  Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance: Promote the adoption of TPM throughout production lines, set standards for Autonomous Maintenance, and instruct machine operators on fundamental equipment maintenance.

  Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Reliability Engineering: To apply long-term engineering remedies for significant equipment failures, conduct systematic Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) utilising 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams.

  Inventory and Calibration Management of Spare Parts: Maintain ideal stock levels of essential spare parts, oversee equipment calibration, control machine lubrication schedules, and guarantee adherence to factory safety regulations.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
