  Job Description:

  Our manufacturing division's "Industrialization Engine" and "Innovation Catalyst" is our New Product Development (NPD) Engineer. While standard production lines run established components, your primary responsibility is to steer brand-new concepts out of R&D and into stable, high-volume factory production, converting raw industrial designs, prototype drafts, and client briefs into production-ready, highly profitable components. Acting as the "Guardian of New Product Timelines, Advanced Quality Launch Metrics, and Cost-to-Design Targets," you take direct execution ownership of driving cross-functional development phases, managing prototype build runs, proving out technical manufacturing limits, and neutralizing process risks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  APQP Launch Tools & PPAP Dossier Mastery: Expert operational command over advanced quality core tools specifically APQP phase gates, PPAP submission requirements, FMEA risk assessments, and Control Plan design.

  DFMA & Advanced Manufacturing Principles: Deep understanding of mechanical design compatibility rules for heavy manufacturing processes.

  CAD Literacy & Engineering Drawing Interpretation: High proficiency navigating major CAD platforms to review 3D files and interpret complex GD&T geometric drawing layouts.

  Structured Problem Solving & Root Cause Mechanics: Skilled at diagnosing component failure modes during trial stages using disciplined 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys analytical techniques.
