    Job Description

    Duties:

    Industrial Account Prospecting and Lead Conversion: Use cold outreach, plant visits, and network development to identify, target, and secure corporate accounts from Tier-1 manufacturers, industrial contractors, and major business procurement units.

    Technical Proposal & Quote Engineering: Review customer engineering prints or product requirements, and collaborate with estimating, design, and costing teams to provide precise, profitable commercial proposals and formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses.

    Commercial Negotiations and Closing: Lead corporate buyer negotiations on total order volume pricing tiers, delivery lead times, logistical tracking obligations, and payment window constraints to finalise high-value contracts.

    Key Account Relationship Management: Act as the key corporate technical contact for acquired industrial clients, conducting frequent evaluations, resolving supply chain bottlenecks, and identifying cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.

     

    Focus Skills:

    B2B Industrial Sales and Procurement Cycle Competence: A thorough awareness of corporate purchasing cycles, multi-layered stakeholder approval webs, capital expenditure behaviours, and vendor registration trends.

    Commercial Negotiation and Financial Literacy: Strong ability to justify unit pricing tiers, calculate appropriate profit margins, identify hidden logistical expenses, and assess credit risk profiles.

    Technical Literacy and Print Reading Instincts: The ability to analyse mechanical drawings, product material grades, and industrial manufacturing capacity definitions in order to negotiate solutions with client engineers.

    Account Relationship Strategy and Conflict Resolution: High social agility is required to manage multi-level corporate accounts, handle complex client complaints, and form long-term commercial partnerships.
