  Job Description:

  The ITI Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical wiring, power equipment, control panels, and plant lighting systems. Working directly on the shop floor, this role ensures uninterrupted power supply, operational safety, and minimum downtime for manufacturing machinery, plant utilities, and distribution systems in compliance with safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong practical knowledge of industrial electrical wiring, three-phase power supply systems, motor starters, and relay control circuits.

  Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester/megger, phase sequence meter).

  Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), panel layout drawings, and circuit diagrams.

  Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards, earthing/grounding methods, and LOTO safety protocols.

  Hands-on problem-solving skills, willingness to work in shift rotations, and physical stamina for shop-floor activities
