  Job Description:

  The principal "Material Sourcing Engine, Procurement Operations Lead, Vendor Relationship Specialist, Inventory Flow Guardian & Supply Chain Integration Lead" in our manufacturing plant operations is the Purchase Executive Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Operations, Material Procurement, Inventory Optimisation & Supply Chain Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to supervise daily direct and indirect material purchasing, manage supplier interactions, process purchase orders (POs), negotiate prices, and arrange timely material deliveries to support uninterrupted production schedules, while Supply Chain Directors, Procurement Heads, Plant Managers, and Materials Managers create overarching procurement policies, annual spend budgets, category management strategies, and vendor compliance frameworks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Manufacturing Procurement & Sourcing Mastery: Thorough knowledge of manufacturing supply chains, raw material categories, bill of materials (BOM), and industrial purchasing procedures.

  Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management Capabilities: Excellent ability to develop long-term, mutually beneficial vendor relationships while negotiating competitive prices, credit terms, freight terms (Incoterms), and lead times.

  Material Management and ERP Software Proficiency: Real-world experience using e-procurement portals and material management modules in enterprise ERP software.

  Standards for Quality and Inventory Control Awareness: Strong grasp of vendor rating techniques, ABC/XYZ inventory analysis, Safety Stock computations, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and inward quality check (IQC) processes.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
