  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Payer Outbound & Inbound Claim Follow-Up: Make outgoing calls to utilisation portals, clearinghouses, and US commercial and government insurance payers to confirm the current status of submitted medical claims that are older than 30 days.

  Denial Management & Root Cause Analysis: Determine the precise denial reason codes by reading and analysing Explanations of Benefits and Electronic Remittance Advices. Then, promptly modify claims, resubmit them, or file formal written appeals.

  Verification of Authorisation, Benefits, and Eligibility To address coverage-based claim denials, confirm patient insurance eligibility, policy effective dates, primary vs. secondary insurance order, pre-authorization restrictions, and out-of-network benefits.

  On-time Filing and Documentation for Appeals: Within stringent payer timely filing requirements, draft and submit structured insurance appeal letters along with supporting clinical proof.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree
