  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  System Inspection, Diagnostics, and Troubleshooting: To find electrical, mechanical, or airflow issues, perform comprehensive technical inspections and diagnostic tests on HVAC/R systems.

  Maintenance and Preventative Servicing: To avoid system failures, carry out planned preventative maintenance procedures, such as filter replacements, coil cleaning, belt adjustments, motor lubrication, burner cleaning and condensate drain cleansing.

  Equipment Repair & Component Replacement: In accordance with technical codes, fix or replace damaged compressors, fan motors, blower wheels, capacitors, relays, expansion valves, thermostats, circuit boards, and electrical wiring.

  Refrigerant Management & EPA Compliance: Strictly follow EPA Section 608 rules and environmental regulations when performing leak detection, system evacuation, vacuum pulling, and refrigerant charging.

  Airflow and Temperature Balancing: To maximise energy efficiency and occupant comfort, measure and modify air volumes, static pressures, supply/return temperature differentials, and damper placements.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any ITI/Diploma Graduation
