  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Conduct cold, warm, and follow-up outbound calls to prospective clients, decision-makers, and consumer leads.

  Deliver engaging product or service pitches using approved scripts while adapting the communication style to customer responses.

  Identify client needs, qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline), and schedule product demonstrations or sales meetings for field sales representatives.

  Handle customer objections, address concerns persuasively, and present value propositions effectively to close initial sales or secure appointments.

  Maintain accurate, up-to-date call logs, contact details, lead status updates, and pipeline notes within the CRM system.

  Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics, including total call volumes, talk time, lead conversion rates, and sales targets.

  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, share customer feedback, and optimize campaign effectiveness

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
