  Job Description:

  The Quality Engineer in Manufacturing Industries is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing quality assurance protocols, manufacturing quality control standards, and quality management systems (QMS) across all production phases. Working closely with production, tool room, procurement, and design teams, this role oversees incoming material inspections, in-process quality gates, final inspection procedures, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis (RCA) to drive zero-defect production and continuous process improvement.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).

  Deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and interpretation of complex mechanical engineering drawings.

  Practical knowledge of Metrology equipment, precision measuring instruments, gauge R&R analysis, and CMM programming/operation.

  Hands-on experience with Problem Solving Techniques (8D, 5-Why, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt tools).

  Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills using MS Excel, Minitab, or Quality ERP modules
