  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Power Distribution & Substation Management: Manage the operation, testing, and upkeep of transformers, diesel generators (DG sets), ring main units, HT/LT circuit breakers (VCB, ACB), and high-tension (HT) and low-tension (LT) substations.

  PLC Programming & Industrial Automation: Create, debug, and alter SCADA systems, sensor/actuator networks, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).

  Motor Control & VFD Commissioning: To guarantee accurate motion control, configure, test, and maintain AC/DC motors, soft starters, variable frequency drives, servo drives, and motor control centers.

  Electrical Fault Diagnostics & Preventive Maintenance: Carry out planned preventive maintenance procedures and oversee the quick diagnosis of electrical control panels, wiring harnesses, and power issues.

  Energy Management & Power Factor Optimisation: Control the Automatic Power Factor and keep an eye on the plant's energy usage. Use harmonic filters, correction panels, and energy-saving electrical changes.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in EEE
