  The main "Plant Uptime Anchor, Machinery Reliability Specialist, Equipment Maintenance Engine & Production Continuity Guardian" in our manufacturing and industrial production operations is the Maintenance Engineer in Manufacturing Industries Preventive Maintenance, TPM, Equipment Reliability, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems & Machinery Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to plan, execute, optimise, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production machinery while Plant Heads, Maintenance Managers, and Operations Directors create macro capital expenditure plans, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) targets, and plant expansion roadmaps. As the "Guardian of Equipment Reliability, Zero Unplanned Breakdowns, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Shop-Floor Safety," you assume direct responsibility for maximising plant operational efficiency and removing equipment downtime.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Deep technical knowledge of mechanical assembly, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, electrical control panels, drives, and PLC/SCADA troubleshooting is possessed by the Industrial Machinery & Automated Systems Command.

  Maintenance Methodologies & Reliability Engineering: Excellent practical knowledge of 5S, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Preventive Maintenance (PM).

  Shop-Floor Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of machine guarding laws, lockout/tagout (LOTO) processes, permit-to-work systems, and industrial safety practices.

  Technical Drawing & Diagnostic Tool Literacy: The ability to understand electrical schematics, hydraulic circuits, mechanical engineering drawings, and diagnostic tools (alignment tools, multimeters, and vibration meters).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
