    Job Description

    Duties:

    End-to-End Pipeline Management: Use cold calling, professional networking (LinkedIn), inbound follow-ups, and field visits to find, qualify, and promote new corporate leads.

    Consultative Pitching & Product Demos: Hold in-depth discovery sessions to identify operational problems for clients, then make compelling sales presentations and customized technical product demonstrations.

    Commercial Negotiation & Proposal Crafting: To safeguard profit margins, draft, organize, and submit expert pricing quotations and company proposals while negotiating commercial terms and concluding deals.

    CRM System Governance: To maintain clean data, log each client call, meeting note, deal stage update, and follow-up task inside the corporate CRM pipeline (like HubSpot or Salesforce).

    Market Analysis & Expansion: To find unexplored market verticals and obtain a competitive advantage, monitor competition price points, product offers, and territorial changes.

     

    Focus Skills:

    B2B/B2C Sales & Prospecting Mastery: The ability to find important decision-makers, navigate intricate company hierarchies, and effectively handle challenging client objections.

    High-Impact Pitching & Presenting: Outstanding communication abilities to conduct high-stakes virtual or boardroom presentations and succinctly explain complicated product value propositions.

    Strong knowledge of price models, contract terms, payment plans, and deal-closing strategies is necessary for commercial contract negotiations.

    CRM Tool Discipline: Extensive knowledge of lead assignment rules, pipeline topologies, and methodical sales funnel staging within enterprise CRMs.
