  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Execution: To optimise equipment availability and lifespan, design, plan, and carry out preventive (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) schedules for heavy machinery, automated manufacturing lines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and utility installations.

  Breakdown Troubleshooting & Root Cause Failure Analysis: Use 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams to drive systematic emergency breakdown troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and control system failures; carry out Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to stop breakdown recurrence.

  Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & OEE Optimisation: To reduce cycle delays, eliminate chronic equipment losses, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness, apply the TPM pillars, such as Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance.

  PLC, SCADA, and Automation Maintenance: To guarantee reliable line automation and interlock operation, troubleshoot and configure industrial control systems, programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, sensors, actuators, and SCADA interfaces.

  Management and Upkeep of Spare Parts Safety: Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) safety procedures, maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels, set up reorder points for essential machine components, and strictly adhere to environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations while doing maintenance.

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
