  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Mechanical and Fluid Power Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of industrial hydraulics (pumps, valves, cylinders), gearboxes, spindle assemblies, bearings, alignment techniques, and pneumatic systems.

  Electrical and Automation Troubleshooting: Proficient in reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting motor controls, sensors, relays, VFDs, 3-phase power circuits, and basic PLC I/O status diagnostics.

  TPM and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM): Real-world experience with condition-based monitoring, 5S on shop floors, TPM pillars, and important maintenance metrics calculations.

  Root Cause Analysis and Issue Resolution: shown ability to solve mechanical and electrical problems using structured problem-solving frameworks (5-Why, 8D, and Cause-and-Effect diagrams).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
