  Job Description:

  The main "Mechanical Engineering Engine, Computer-Aided Design Anchor, Structural & Thermal Analysis Specialist, Product Lifecycle Guardian & Manufacturing Integration Anchor" for our engineering and hardware development operations is the Mechanical Engineer Product Design, CAD Modelling, Thermal & Structural Analysis, Manufacturing Operations & Engineering Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, model, analyse, prototype, test, and release mechanical systems, components, tooling, and electro-mechanical assemblies, while Chief Engineers, Engineering Directors, R&D Managers, and Plant Heads create high-level technology roadmaps, product specifications, capital expenditure budgets, and quality management systems.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Mechanical Design & CAD Software Mastery: SolidWorks, CATIA, PTC Creo, or Autodesk Inventor expertise in 3D parametric CAD modelling, surface design, sheet metal design, assembly creation, and GD&T drafting.

  Structural and Thermal Simulation Capabilities: Practical experience with simulation programs like Ansys, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation, or Altair HyperMesh to carry out structural, modal, fatigue, and thermal stress analysis.

  Manufacturing Processes & Material Science Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of surface treatment techniques, engineering materials, and manufacturing processes.

  Strong knowledge of tolerance stack-up analysis, Design/Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA), and ASME, ISO, DIN, and ASTM engineering standards.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
