  Tool Room Engineer Plastic Injection Moulding

  Experience: 3 to 5 Years

  Location: Chennai

  Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding / Automotive

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle plastic injection mould maintenance, repair and development.
  • Conduct mould trials, troubleshooting and dimensional corrections.
  • Hands-on knowledge of core & cavity, sliders, lifters, ejector and cooling systems.
  • Exposure to CNC/VMC, EDM, Wire EDM, grinding and milling.
  • Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for mould-related issues.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and tool history.

  Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering.
