  Job Description:

  The Production Associate operates directly on the manufacturing shop floor, executing daily assembly, machining, or processing tasks according to strict operational standards and safety protocols. This role ensures target output volumes are achieved while maintaining product quality, minimizing material waste, and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

   

  Key Skills: 

  Education: High School Diploma / ITI / Vocational Training / Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plastics, or related technical trades.

  Experience: 0–3+ years of experience as a Production Associate, Line Assembly Operator, or Shop-Floor Technician in manufacturing environments.

  Technical Mastery: Blueprint/SOP reading, basic hand and power tool operation, precision measuring gauges (calipers, micrometers, go/no-go gauges), and 5S workplace discipline.
