  Your Duties:

  CNC Lathes, Mills, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), or Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) should be operated safely. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) should be followed when loading raw stock or castings into fixtures, clamping parts firmly, and starting machining cycles.

  In-Process Inspection & Quality Verification: Use precision metrology tools to check machined items during production runs to make sure they adhere to surface finish specifications and blueprint dimensions.

  Tool Wear Monitoring & Offset Adjustments: To maintain tight tolerances and save scrap, monitor tool wear and cutting performance throughout continuous runs and make small wear offset adjustments on machine controllers.

  normal Machine Care & Chip Management: Carry out normal daily autonomous maintenance (TPM), which includes keeping work areas safe and clean, checking coolant concentration, keeping an eye on oil levels, and removing metal chips and swarf from enclosures.

  Part Finishing and Secondary Operations: Complete post-machining tasks include deburring parts, cleaning, washing, colour-coding, and stacking parts into pallets or material handling bins.
