  Job Description

  Key Skills:

  Shop Floor Leadership & Team Supervision: Outstanding interpersonal, inspirational, and front-line management abilities to lead, instruct, and mentor contract workers, assemblers, and shop floor machine operators.

  Knowledge of Production Planning and Line Balancing: Practical comprehension of raw material handling, task allocation, takt time, manufacturing line execution, and shift handover procedures.

  The ability to read simple engineering drawings, use common measurement instruments, and spot product flaws in comparison to quality standards is known as quality control and blueprint reading literacy.

  Safety and 5S Discipline: A strong dedication to daily 5S housekeeping procedures, danger identification, PPE enforcement, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
