  Job Description:

  The principal "Electrical Power Anchor, Plant Control Specialist, Automation Lead & Circuit Safety Guardian" in each of our manufacturing facilities is the Electrical Engineer in Manufacturing Industries Power Distribution, PLC Automation, Motor Control, Circuit Protection & Electrical Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, install, test, operate, and maintain all plant electrical distribution systems, high/low tension switchgear, transformers, motor control centers, and PLC-based automation networks, while Plant Heads, Electrical Maintenance Managers, and Chief Operating Officers set macro energy strategies, capital expenditure budgets for electrical upgrades, utility contracts, and long-term power reliability targets. As the "Guardian of Continuous Power Supply, Electrical Safety Compliance, Motor Drive Efficiency, and Zero Electrical Downtime," you assume direct responsibility for making sure that all production lines have steady, reliable, and safe electrical power.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Deep understanding of high-voltage transmission, transformer operations, switchgear protection, relay coordination, earthing/grounding networks and electrical safety rules is required for HT/LT Power Systems & Substation Operations.

  PLC Automation & HMI Programming: Expertise in industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP) and industrial automation software (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, RSLogix, Schneider SoMachine).

  Motor Drives & Electrical Schematics: Excellent ability to read electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring schematics, and set up servo motor controllers, VFDs, and soft starters.

  Electrical Testing & Diagnostic Proficiency: Real-world experience using earth resistance testers, clamp meters, megohmmeters (insulation testers), multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras for condition monitoring.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
