  Key Skills:

  Expertise in Insurance Phone Follow-Up and Payer Relations: Excellent knowledge of outbound insurance calling procedures, IVR system navigation, effective payer representative communication, and getting accurate claim adjudication facts.

  Medical Billing & EOB/ERA Fundamentals: Working familiarity with CMS-1500 forms, patient copays, deductibles, coinsurance structures, CARC/RARC denial reason codes, and the Revenue Cycle Management process.

  Web Portal & Systems for Payers Familiarity: Practical experience with practice management software and major insurance portals to assess eligibility and claim statuses.

  HIPAA Compliance & Verbal Communication: Absolute dedication to upholding patient health information (PHI) confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, clear verbal fluency, active listening, and a professional tone.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
