  Job Description

  Who you are: 

  Plan, schedule and control daily shop floor production activities to achieve product release schedules, target cycle times and quality standards. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), scrap/reject rates, takt time, and line productivity. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of production bottlenecks, line stoppages, and inconsistencies using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, and 8D reports. Implement Lean methodologies, Kaizen continuous improvement, 5S and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to eliminate waste and optimize workflow efficiency. Work with design, quality, and maintenance teams to prepare and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and control plans. Manage new product introductions (NPIs) on the manufacturing floor and establish study standards for line layouts, work instructions, and time movements. Ensure compliance on the shop floor with industrial safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines and standard environmental health policies.
