  Job Description:

  The main "Reliability Intelligence Engine, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Specialist, Equipment Availability Anchor, Mean Time Between Failures Guardian & Continuous Maintenance Integration Lead" in our enterprise manufacturing facilities is the Maintenance Engineer in Manufacturing Industries Preventive Maintenance, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, PLC/SCADA, Equipment Availability & Operations Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to inspect, repair, troubleshoot, validate, and continuously optimise mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment across all production lines, while Vise Presidents of Operations, Directors of Engineering, Plant Managers, and Enterprise Reliability Architects set corporate uptime targets, capital equipment roadmaps, and safety compliance frameworks.

   

  Key Skills: 

  Fundamentals of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Mastery: In-depth knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, utility infrastructure, and industrial mechanical systems (gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors).

  Automation, PLC, and Diagnostic Capabilities: Practical experience troubleshooting SCADA/HMI interfaces, VFDs, industrial sensors, PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron), and electrical/hydraulic circuit diagrams.

  Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), MTTR/MTBF computation, and computerised maintenance management system (CMMS/SAP PM) operation are examples of reliability methodologies and CMMS literacy.

  Inventory of Spare Parts and Safety Procedure Discipline: Demonstrated expertise in critical component planning, lockout/tagout (LOTO) implementation, spare parts management, machinery safety compliance, and technician supervision.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
