Job Description :
- Pumps Division
Location: South Karnataka x 1, Coastal Karnataka x 1, Central Karnataka x 1, Raipur (C.G) x 1
Key Responsibilities:
• • Appoint and develop dealers and distributors in assigned territories
• Generate secondary sales through channel partners
• Build relationships with retailers, contractors and influencers
• Conduct dealer visits and market development activities
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with factory and management for order execution and customer support

• Local language fluency (Kannada for Karnataka, Hindi/Local language for Chhattisgarh).
? Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum 3-10 years of field sales experience
• Strong local network within Karnataka/ Chhattisgarh
• Existing relationships with dealers, distributors or retailers
• Experience in Pumps, Motors, Electrical Products, Agricultural Inputs, Irrigation Products, Pipes, Building
Materials, Hardware, Industrial Products or Channel Sales
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel
• Ability to independently develop and manage territories
• Local language fluency (Kannada for Karnataka, Hindi/Local language for Chhattisgarh).
• Familiarity with government schemes and rural market selling.
