  Your Duties:

  Electronic Hardware Design & Prototyping: Create, evaluate, and test circuits for analogue, digital, microcontrollers, and power supplies; examine PCB schematic capture, component selection, layer stackups, signal/power integrity, and thermal dissipation performance.

  SMT/THT Line & Manufacturing Support: Work with production teams to maximise Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT) assembly; address component placement concerns, reflow profile variances, and solder joint faults (bridging, tombstoning, voiding).

  Automated Test Equipment & Fixture Design: To verify constructed PCBAs prior to final casing and shipment, create, program, and manage automated Functional Test and In-Circuit Test systems, test jigs, and diagnostic firmware.

  Root Cause Failure Analysis & Debugging: Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analysers to find short circuits, defective integrated circuits, or design marginalities. Conduct component-level troubleshooting on defective electronic boards rejected during manufacturing or field trials.
