  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech 

  Location: In And Around Chennai

   

  Your Duties:

  Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance routines for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

  Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment failures (including PLCs, drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors) to minimize production downtime.

  Analyze equipment failure data using root-cause techniques (5-Why, RCFA) to implement permanent countermeasures.

  Oversee utility infrastructure operations, including air compressors, chillers, boilers, HVAC, and power distribution systems.

  Manage spare parts inventory by identifying critical spares, setting reorder levels, and coordinating with procurement to reduce stockouts.

  Collaborate with Production and EHS teams to ensure all maintenance operations comply with industrial safety standards and statutory regulations.

  Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, Autonomous Maintenance activities, and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) projects
