• Production Manager End-to-End Production Operations

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Oversee daily plant production operations, ensuring volume outputs align with master production schedules (MPS) and customer demand.

  Direct and manage shop-floor supervisors, machine operators, and production staff; foster high workplace productivity, teamwork, and safety compliance.

  Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, Kaizen events, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to reduce waste and cycle times.

  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rates, direct labor efficiency, and unit production costs.

  Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure strict adherence to quality management systems and zero-defect initiatives.

  Partner with Maintenance Engineering to execute Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules and minimize unscheduled machinery downtime.

  Manage production budgets, capacity planning, raw material utilization, and direct labor allocation to control operational costs.

  Enforce strict shop-floor Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies, risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance

   

  Experience: 5 to 8 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
