  Your Duties:

  Process monthly employee payroll, calculating gross/net pay, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions accurately and on schedule.

  Gather, verify, and reconcile monthly attendance, leave, shift allowances, and loss-of-pay (LOP) inputs from HRIS and time-tracking systems.

  Calculate and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS/Income Tax).

  Prepare and submit statutory returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and generate Form 16/tax certificates for employees.

  Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries, salary queries, tax declaration issues, and discrepancies in a timely and confidential manner.

  Prepare payroll reconciliation reports, variance summaries, and financial ledger inputs for the Finance and Accounting department.

  Manage full-and-final (F&F) settlement calculations for departing employees, ensuring accurate encashment, gratuity, and recovery processing
