• Service Engineer Industrial Systems & Equipment

  Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Perform on-site installation, assembly, testing, alignment, and commissioning of industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment at customer facilities.

  Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and emergency breakdown repairs across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

  Diagnose complex equipment failures using advanced root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and technical schematics, delivering permanent engineering countermeasures to minimize customer downtime.

  Train customer technicians and plant operators on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, daily machine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting routines.

  Prepare detailed field service reports, warranty claims, equipment performance logs, and technical checklists using Service Management software or ERP systems.

  Identify opportunities for machine upgrades, retrofits, extended service contracts, and spare parts replacement, supporting sales teams with technical insights.

  Comply with customer site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and statutory plant safety regulations

   

  Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

  Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
