  Who you are: 

  Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing: Use job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), Boolean search strategies, social media, and professional networks to carry out end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level, mid-level, and specialised positions.

  Job Description & Profile Alignment: Work together with recruiting managers to create thorough, interesting job descriptions, develop candidate personas, and comprehend technical job requirements.

  Candidate Screening & Behavioural Evaluation: Examine resumes, hold preliminary telephone or video screening interviews, assess cultural alignment, gauge technical and functional fit, and provide hiring leads with shortlists.

  Candidate Experience & Interview Coordination: Plan multi-phase interviews, assist applicants in the selection process, give prompt feedback, and guarantee a seamless, expert candidate experience at each touchpoint.

  Pre-boarding and Offer Negotiation: Manage pre-employment background checks, negotiate job offers within authorised wage ranges, deliver official offer letters, monitor candidate acceptance, and facilitate compensation talks.
