  Key Skills:

  Circuit Diagnostics & PCB Repair Mastery: Expertise in reading electronic schematics, soldering/desoldering (SMD & Through-Hole), using diagnostic instruments (oscilloscopes, function generators, signal analysers), and repairing power/control PCBs at the component level.

  Deep understanding of microcontrollers, embedded C/C++, PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron), VFDs, servo drives, industrial communication protocols (RS485, CAN bus, Modbus, PROFINET), and HMI interfaces is required for embedded systems and industrial automation.

  Installation, troubleshooting, and precise calibration of industrial sensors, transmitters, encoders, and signal conditioning modules are all practical aspects of instrumentation and sensor calibration.

  Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in installing ESD protection and circuit modifications to minimise recurrent failures, calculating reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR), and guiding RCFA approaches (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA).

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
