  Key Skills:

  Manufacturing Machinery & Industrial Systems Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines, automated conveyors, utility boilers/chillers, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.

  Industrial Automation & Electrical Troubleshooting: Practical skills in examining electrical control panels, deciphering wiring schematics, troubleshooting VFDs, sensors, servo motors, and PLC inputs/outputs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).

  TPM, RCFA, and CMMS Proficiency: Demonstrated aptitude for executing Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, and using CMMS software for asset and work order administration.

  Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Compliance: Strict adherence to OSHA rules, machine guarding requirements, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and industrial safety laws.

   

  Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

  Salary: Based on Company Norms

  Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
